The native Tyrolean faced the Bulgarian Adrian Andreew in the final of the Future Event in Turkey. In an extremely one-sided final, the 23-year-old stormed the title 6: 4 and 6: 1. During the entire tournament, Erler had only given one sentence. In Antalya, in addition to Erler, Gerald Melzer, Sandro Kopp and David Pichler were also on duty from an Austrian point of view.

This is already the seventh title for the Tyrolean Erler, after the triumph at the M25 event in Meerbusch, the second in the calendar year 2021. The Austrian is about to trump his best season so far, in 2019 the Innsbruck-born player caught up with three titles the ITF tour. With his triumph in Turkey, Erler climbed to a new career high of 381 on Monday.
