Tsitsipas had lost his first match at the ATP Finals on Monday against Andrey Rublev in two sets, tonight the French Open finalist should have played against Casper Ruud. Cameron Norrie will do that now. Because Tsitsipas has declared his season over due to an elbow injury.
Matteo Berrettini had already thrown the towel on Tuesday - and was (successfully) replaced by his compatriot Jannik Sinner. According to reports, there is still a question mark behind Hubert Hurkacz's health.
