The four Grand Slam tournaments organized by the ITF are not included. The same goes for the Davis Cup, which will take place again with a qualifying round in March and a final tournament. The date for the latter has not yet been fixed.

The 2021 season opens on January 1st with the ATP Cup in Perth, Brisbane and Sydney, and ends with the ATP Finals, which are held for the first time in Turin. There is still no venue for the Laver Cup scheduled for September 24th.

Furthermore, nine Masters, 13 of the 500 and 38 of the 250 tournaments will be held. From an Austrian perspective, Kitzbühel and Vienna are again the two fixed points. The clay court event in Tyrol will therefore take place in the usual week in parallel with Umag from July 19, the Erste Bank Open will be played on hard court again from October 25 at the same time as Basel.

In Germany, four tournaments are taking place again: Hamburg (sand), Halle (lawn), Stuttgart (lawn) and Munich (sand).

At the same time, ATP estimated the total allocation for 2020 at $ 158.7 million (€ 142.7 million), an increase of 13 percent compared to 2019. The ATP Cup occupies the largest position with $ 15 million (€ 13.49 million). The numbers do not include the majors and the Davis Cup.
