Zverev beat the French Hugo Dellien 6: 2, 6: 2 and now meets Kei Nishikori.
The Hamburger took the lead early in the sets with a break, with his own serve he only had to debut in the game to make it 3-1 in round 2. There were six chances to rebreak here for Dellien, the world ranking 128th, but Zverev fended off all of them.
The otherwise one-sided game lasted 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Zverev had to play against Nishikori in the round of 16 last week in Madrid.
