ATP world rankings: Daniil Medvedev overtakes Rafael Nadal, for the first time not an American in the top 30

After the ATP Masters 1000 tournament in Madrid,Daniil Medvedevis again ahead of Rafael Nadal in the ATP world rankings. In addition, for the first time since the ranking was introduced 48 years ago, no American has been in the top 30.
