ATP: Zverev changes to Federer agency

In the fuss of his management, the top German tennis player Alexander Zverev has set an important course for the future. The 22-year-old announced on Friday in the run-up to the US Open in New York that he would be marketed by Team8, the agency founded by Grand Slam record winner Roger Federer and his manager Tony Godsick.

The agreement was made after the ATP tournament in Zverev's birthplace Hamburg.

However, the legal dispute with his ex-manager Patricio Apey has not yet been settled. "The other is still not done. There is still a lot of headache around," said Zverev, but was nevertheless relieved. Now "someone else can take care of me and I have more free time for myself". Among other things, he will be personally looked after by Federer manager Godsick in the future.
