Felix Auger-Aliassime has returned to Adidas

adidas today announced the long-term partnership with the youngest player in the ATP top 25 world rankings: Félix Auger-Aliassime.

The Canadian, who has already been in the final of an ATP tournament six times but has not yet won a single victory (in 2020, Hubert Hurkacz surprisingly won the doubles title in Paris-Bercy), turned his back on his previous American supplier - and celebrates the reunion with adidas. Auger-Aliassime had already played with the three stripes when he was young.

With that, Auger-Aliassime joins Dominic Thiem , Stefanos Tsitsipas and Alexander Zverev in terms of clothes. The two best German-speaking players have already welcomed their new "teammates" on Instagram.

Auger-Aliassime wants to inspire the next generation

“My goals are high and I am constantly motivated to take the next step. As I work on my performance, it's especially important to me to work with people who understand my attitude towards the sport and my passion and commitment to the grassroots communities in tennis. Together we can use our experiences to help others and share these moments with the world. Our goal is to inspire the next generation and to support the people and projects that are close to my heart, ”says Félix Auger-Aliassime.

“We are impressed by the impact Félix is already having on the tennis world, as is the way he is using his platform for positive change. Our common endeavor to inspire people and enable them to benefit from the power of sport in the best possible way makes it a model for the tennis players of tomorrow, ”says Celine del Genes, General Manager for adidas Specialty Sports. "We look forward to being by his side as he shows the sports world what the athletes of the future will stand for."
