1. These terms and conditions ("the rules") apply to the "call for applications for reporting" ("the competition"). The competition is placed on the campaign platform www.tennisnet.com and organized by tennisnet.com.
2. By participating, you accept both our rules and our privacy policy and agree to comply with them.
3. The competition is in no way funded, sponsored or organized by Facebook or Instagram. All information transmitted is made available to us and not to Facebook and Instagram. You hereby release Facebook and Instagram as far as possible and legally permissible from any liability in connection with the competition.
4. Any person over the age of 18 residing in Germany, Austria and Switzerland is eligible to participate, with the exception of our employees (and their families) and our group companies, representatives and vicarious agents as well as every other person involved in the implementation of this competition.
5. Anyone over the age of 18 can participate.
6. Even if the above instructions are followed, we cannot guarantee successful participation for reasons for which we are not responsible.
7. We and our partner Generali as well as the European Tennis Academy decline all liability as far as possible and legally permissible. You agree to indemnify us from any liability and any claims, lawsuits, claims for damages, losses and costs in this context.

10. The competition runs from August 15, 2020, 10:00 a.m. Central European Time to September 14, 2020, 12:00 p.m. Central European Time.
11. The following prize will be awarded to the participants in the competition after checking the documents and in agreement with tennisnet.com and Generali: A trip for two people to Sardinia to prepare for the season. Flight and hotel included!
12. The winner will be notified by email by early February 2020. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 72 hours of being notified of the prize, their entitlement to the prize is forfeited and another participant receives the prize.
13. We reserve the right to select an alternate winner if we reasonably believe that the winner broke the rules.
14. By participating, you agree that the personal data you provide may be collected, processed and used by the organizer to carry out the competition.
15. In order to receive the prize, the winner may have to provide personal information (first and last name, address, email address, etc.) and prove their identity by submitting copies of the relevant documents (e.g. passport or driver's license ).
16. The right to the prize cannot be transferred to anyone. There are no cash payments as replacement or alternative prices. However, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to exchange the prize for a prize of the same value.

19. We reserve the right to add to the rules and to modify, suspend or terminate the competition in the event of infection by a computer virus or other technical impairment.
