1. These conditions of participation ("the rules") apply to the "call for applications for reporting" ("the competition"). The competition will be placed on the campaign platform https://www.tennisnet.com/ and hosted by tennisnet.com.
2. By participating, you accept both our rules and our privacy policy and agree to their compliance.
3. The competition is in no way funded, promoted or organized by Facebook and Instagram. All transmitted information is made available to us and not Facebook and Instagram. You hereby release Facebook and Instagram as far as possible and legally permissible from any liability in connection with the competition.
4. Anyone resident in Austria from the age of 18 with the exception of our employees (and their families) and our group companies, representatives and vicarious agents as well as any other person involved in the implementation of this competition is eligible to participate.
5. Participation: To participate in the competition, participants must provide correct and complete information on the tennisnet.com Facebook page or via the registration form and accept these conditions of participation.
6. Even if the above instructions are followed, we cannot guarantee successful participation due to reasons for which we are not responsible.
7. We and our partner Mr Green Sportwetten reject all liability as far as possible and legally permissible. You agree to release us from all liability and claims, lawsuits, claims for damages, losses and costs in this connection.
8. The transmission of any invalid, false or misleading personal information may lead to exclusion from the competition and / or receipt of the prize.
9. Incomplete, late or otherwise incorrect submissions will not be accepted. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether a submission is valid and any person we reasonably believe to be tampering with the data entry process, acting in a disruptive manner, or violating the rules exclude participation.
10. The competition starts on March 9th, 2020.
11. After checking the documents and in consultation with tennisnet.com with Mr Green Sports Betting, the following prizes will be awarded among the participants in the competition: a trip for 1 x 2 people to the ATP Masters tournament in Monte Carlo.
12. The prize includes 1 x 2 VIP tickets with hospitality package, a double room for two nights for 1 x 2 people, flight included, and personal care of the winners by Alex Antonitsch.
13. The winner will be notified by email. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 48 hours of the notification of winning, their claim to the prize will lapse and another participant will receive the prize.
14. We reserve the right to select an alternate winner if we reasonably believe the winner has violated the rules.
15. By participating, you agree that the personal data you provide may be collected, processed and used by the organizer for the implementation of the competition.
16. In order to receive the prize, the winner may have to provide personal information (first and last name, address, email address, etc.) and prove his identity by sending copies of the relevant documents (e.g. passport or driver's license ).
17. The right to the price cannot be transferred to anyone. There are no cash payouts as a replacement or alternative pricing. However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to exchange the prize for a prize of equal value.
18. The winner has to bear all taxes or duties that are due due to the price.
19. We and our partners disclaim all liability as much as possible and legally permissible for any damage suffered by anyone as a result of or in connection with the competition.
20. We reserve the right to amend the rules and to modify, suspend or terminate the competition in the event of infection by a computer virus or other technical impairment.
