The organizers announced this without naming the player. The doubles competitions start on Tuesday.
Before the tournament started last Sunday, the case of the Spaniard Fernando Verdasco caused a stir. He was removed from the game plan, although he said he was infected in August. Verdasco also wrote on social networks that further tests with him were negative.
France is badly affected by the corona pandemic. Strict security measures apply at the tournament in Paris.
