Kraus went into the smaller of the two ITF tour tournaments at Wörthersee in fifth place. Last week Laura Siegemund won the W60 event, in the current one a W25 competition was held. Kraus won the final on Sunday morning against Ivana Jorovic 6-1, 1-6 and 6-2.

In round one, Kraus had to go through three sets against Juliate Lara Estable from Argentina, followed by two-set wins against Michaela Bayerlova and Anna Siskova, both from the Czech Republic. In the semifinals, Kraus then held Victoria Kan harmless, who had eliminated tournament favorite Julia Grabher right at the start.
