Neumayer won the final against eighth-seeded Martin Cuevas 6-2, 6-2, winning his first men's title on the ITF tour. With his victory at the $15,000 event in Turkey, Neumayer will also make a leap in the ATP ranking and knock on the top 600 for the first time.
Neumayer did not drop a set throughout the tournament and only had to go into a tie-break once in five matches.
In the semifinals he had beaten Riccardo Bonadio, who was second seeded.
Julia Grabher brings ninth ITF tournament victory
Austria's top woman Julia Grabher also finished the week with a win. The top seeded Grabher won the $25,000 tournament in Porto with a hard-fought final victory over Maja Chwalinska - 6:3, 6:7 (2) and 7:5.
It is the ninth title at ITF level for the 25-year-old.
