Great success for 15-year-old Max Taucher: the man from Vorarlberg triumphed at the Cruyff Foundation Junior Masters in Tarbes. The number one seeded man from Hohenems confirmed his strong early form - the Austrian had recently won the title in Lille.

In Tarbes, Taucher played with the best U18 players in the world and kept his nerve with the top seed. With a 7:5 and 7:5 win over doubles partner Joshua Johns, the 15-year-old finally crowned himself the junior world champion title. "For me it's the biggest success in my still young career and I'm very happy," said Taucher, delighted. The Vorarlberger also won the title in doubles.
