Tennis allowed again: Switzerland eases anti-corona measures from March 1st

After a decline in new infections, shops in Switzerland will open again next week. The Corona situation allows museums and libraries to open too. In addition to adventure parks and zoos, tennis courts will also be open again from March 1st.

The cantons also decide on the ski areas. They are open almost everywhere. In the future, up to 15 people will be allowed to come together outdoors. Private events in rooms are limited to five people. In mid-March, the government wants to check whether further opening steps can be taken from March 22nd.

In Austria the tennis facilities remain closed. Most recently, the ÖTV in particular pushed for the opening . In Germany there are differences depending on the federal state . In Bavaria nothing works, in Hesse playing tennis in halls is permitted under certain conditions.
