WTA Seoul: Tatjana Maria fails in the semifinals

For Wimbledon semi-finalist Tatjana Maria (Bad Saulgau), the hopes of her second participation in a WTA tour final this year have not been fulfilled. The 35-year-old lost in the semifinals of the $251,750 tournament in South Korea's capital Seoul to number two seeded Russian Ekaterina Alexandrova 2-6, 4-6.
