ATP Challenger Mauthausen: Gerald Melzer fails in three sets to Facundo Bagnis

Facundo Bagnis blossomed into a real Austrian fright at the ATP Challenger tournament in Mauthausen: The Argentine, who took Vienna's Max Neuchrist out of the competition in the first round of the Upper Austrian clay court event, also defeated Lower Austria's Gerald Melzer in the round of 16 after 2nd place :53 playing time with 6:4, 4:6, 6:3.
For Melzer, the first-round success over the Australian alternate James McCabe was the first match victory this year, in which things are not really going well for the German-Wagramer.
