ATP Dubai: final! Harris also beats Shapovalov
Lloyd Harris is sensationally in the final of the ATP Tour 500 tournament in Dubai. The South African beat Denis Shapovalov 6: 7 (5), 6: 4 and 7: 6 (6).

Lloyd Harris's incredible week in Dubai goes on for a day: The South African, who made it into the peloton through qualifying, won the seventh match in seven days, this time against the favored Denis Shapovalov after a playing time of 2:41 hours with 6: 7 (5), 6: 4 and 7: 6 (6). Shapovalov had already led with a break in the second set - but could not close the sack.
After Dominic Thiem and Kei Nishikori, Shapovalov is already the third top player whom Harris, currently still at position 81 in the ATP charts, has defeated in Dubai. In the final on Saturday it will definitely be against a man from Russia: Andrey Rublev and Aslan Karatsev will contest the second semi-final.
