ATP Hamburg: Stefanos Tsitsipas in the quarterfinals, Karen Khachanov thrown out
Stefanos Tsitsipas is in the quarter-finals of the ATP Tour 500 tournament in Hamburg. The second seeded Greek defeated Pablo Cuevas 7: 5 and 6: 4 and now plays against Dusan Lajovic , who defeated Karen Khachanov smoothly.

Tsitsipas, the best-ranked player in the Hamburg field after Daniil Medvedev was eliminated, was the clear favorite in the game with Cuevas. Last year's finalist Andrey Rublev, who will face Roberto Bautista Agut on Friday, as well as Alexander Bublik and Cristian Garin had already qualified for the round of eight on Wednesday.
