ATP Marbella: Munar stops Alcaraz, in the final against Carreno Busta
Jaume Munar and Pablo Carreno Busta are in the final of the ATP Tour 250 tournament in marbella. While Munar defeated youngster Carlos Alcaraz in straight sets, Carreno Busta had to stretch out against Albert Ramos-Vinolas.

One thing was already clear before the semi-finals in Marbella: There will definitely be a local hero at the ATP Tour 250 tournament. Finally, four Spaniards had qualified for the semifinals. Tournament favorite Pablo Carreno Busta had to stretch out against Albert Ramos-Vinolas, yes, the left-hander even struck in the third set to win the match and make it into the final. But "PCB" fought its way back, eventually winning 6: 1, 3: 6 and 7: 6 (5).
"I don't know what happened in the second set," said Carreno Busta after his win. At the beginning of the match he was still very focused, after that his opponent found better and better in the game. "It was so tight."
In the second semi-final, Jaume Munar beat Carlos Alcaraz with a comparatively clear 7: 6 (4) and 6: 4. Munar needed just under two hours for his win against the 17-year-old climber. The three sets in the first match of the day had taken 2:11 hours.
