Dominic Thiem celebrated his second tournament win at Bett1Aces after an impressive performance.

Thiem beat 18-year-old Jannik Sinner 6: 4, 6: 3 and showed some excellent tennis. In addition to the usual pace that Thiem can show, he also presented tactical class, repeatedly taking the pace out of the game via backhand slice to accelerate shortly afterwards.
Sinner, usually very safe, sometimes had to risk more than was possible for him, in the end there was a sure victory for Thiem.
The third in the world rankings celebrated his second tournament victory at the bett1Aces in just five days: on Wednesday he had also won the "first part" of the tournament in the Steffi Graf Stadium on grass. Back in the final against Matteo Berretini after he also won against Sinner in the semi-finals.

"That was possibly my best match in the entire Corona break. I felt every ball super," said Thiem afterwards. He was already a frequent player during the tennis tour's mandatory break, and also performed in Vienna, Nice, Belgrade and Zadir. And won his third tournament after the Austrian Pro Series and just the first Berlin stage.
The US Open is planned next, should it take place, says Thiem. He hopes that this will be his last exhibition match for quite a while, says Thiem.
