Billie Jean King Cup: Final tournament takes place in Glasgow
The final tournament in the Billie Jean King Cup will take place in Glasgow from November 8th to 13th.

This was announced by the world tennis association ITF on Tuesday. Twelve nations, including Britain as hosts, are in contention to succeed holders Russia, who are sidelined by events in Ukraine. Switzerland is also there.
The German team of team captain Rainer Schüttler plays after the defeat in the qualification in Kazakhstan (1:3) in the play-offs against relegation (November 11th/12th). Austria will compete again in Europe/Africa Zone I in 2023.
