As the picture reports , Becker's insolvency administrator in London has now fully recognized claims from Becker's former business partner Hans-Dieter Cleven. This was also official, since a bankruptcy dividend was received on Cleven's account, without Becker's objection,

However, Becker's lawyer Christian-Oliver Moser told Bild that the demands were unfounded. "My client never received the loan amounts claimed by Mr. Cleven. Therefore, Mr. Cleven's claim is and remains completely unjustified."

Becker and Cleven had been working together in 1999, when Becker's marketing agency was transferred to Clevens BCI Holding. Becker was also involved with Cleven in the club company Völkl. At the end of the 2000s, the two separated, later Becker also got out of the joint foundation.

Cleven, long-time top manager of the retail group Metro, had already reported Becker in Switzerland in 2015.

"Despite better knowledge, Boris Becker has repeatedly said the untruth when he claimed that he had no personal debts with me, but with our company. All my attempts to find a friendly solution failed due to his unreliability", the 77-year-old is quoted.
