Charleston venue for top-class show tournament
The Tennis Channel has launched a brilliantly strong tournament in the USA. No less than five Grand Slam winners will compete against each other at a show event in Charleston.

A total of 16 participants are divided between two teams. Madison Keys and Bethanie Mattek-Sands act as captains. Then from June 23 there will be a total of 16 single and eight double matches. In addition, former world number one Victoria Azarenka and US Open Champ Sloane Stephens will serve.
Bianca Andreescu and Sofia Kenin are the winners of the last two majors. According to the organizers, it is the largest tennis tournament since the (hobby) game operation resumed in May.
The tournament will take place at the Charleston WTA event. The clay court tournament was held for the first time in 1973, the 2020 edition had to be canceled as one of the first tournaments due to the coronavirus pandemic.
