Will any of these men win the fans' vote?

The choice is not easy this year: At first things started as normal in Australia, then professional tennis disappeared for months due to the corona pandemic, after the restart it went quickly - with the two Grand Slams -Tournaments in New York City and Paris within a few weeks. The ATP finals in London with the entertaining winner Daniil Medvedev are also best remembered. But is the last big title of a strange year enough to win the hearts of the fans? Candidates abound (basically everyone listed in the ATP world rankings).

Dominic Thiem, for example, who, in addition to his sporting exploits (victory at the US Open, finals in Melbourne and the ATP Finals), has also impressed with his fairness as in recent years. And who is never embarrassed about the tweener, always a joy for the fans. Speaking of which: Gael Monfils didn't play that much tennis, but the summer dance routine should definitely attract attention.

The same naturally applies to Stan Wawrinka , who won the Internet by a large margin during the Corona break.

From a sporting point of view, Novak Djokovic must of course be mentioned first, the 17-time major champion will also finish 2020 as the best in the industry. Rafael Nadal, on the other hand, celebrated his 13th triumph in Roland Garros, and at the end of a service game he had won, he had no chance of finally playing another final at the ATP Finals. And then to win this too. And Alexander Zverev ? He looks back on the best Grand Slam year of his career. And with the Cologne double strike, he also upgraded in terms of tournament victories.

So: not an easy choice. You can vote here!
