Wildcard holders Alexander Erler and Lucas Miedler are sensationally in the final of the Erste Bank Open in Vienna.

What a success for Alexander Erler and Lucas Miedler: The two Austrians are in the final of the Erste Bank Open in Vienna. In the semi-finals they beat the two Belgians Sander Gille and Joran Vliegen 7:6 (4) and 7:6 (5) at the Heumarkt.
So Erler/Miedler have the chance to win their second home win this year on Sunday. In the summer, the two had already won the Generali Open in Kitzbühel.
Erler/Miedler don't know their opponents in the final yet. These will only be determined on Saturday in the duel between Santiago Gonzalez/Andres Molteni and Francisco Cerundolo/Maximo Gonzalez. In the quarter-finals, the two Argentinians beat Philipp Oswald from Vorarlberg and his partner Robin Haase 5:7, 6:3 and 12:10 after defending against a match point.
