Together with Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic is probably the man who is considered the hottest contender for the triumph on the Bois de Bolougne this year. Last year, the industry leader failed in the final against the Spaniard, this year the Serb could meet the great dominator of the French Open in the semifinals,
To do this, however, the world number one has to get off to a good start in the Grand Slam under the Eiffel Tower - against the American Tennys Sandgren. Djokovic lost only one set in three duels against Sandgren, most recently at the ATP Masters 1000 event in Cincinnati in two sets.
