"It was a long day today. I only trained for an hour, maybe one and a half before that. My sore muscles are tidy - and I have to say I like them. I haven't felt so tired in a long time," said Opelka his triumph.

In the first game of the day, Opelka had to surrender Hurkacz in three sets - playing in Fast 4 format. However, due to his two victories on Friday, the service giant was qualified for the final.

In the second match, Kecmanovic then beat Paul. While the latter was unable to win any of his three matches in the group phase, Kecmanovic moved into the final with a match record of 2-1. Hurkacz was there with a record of 2-1, but had three points less than the Serb in the game difference.

Hurkacz then played third in the group stage, the match for third place against Paul, who was the last. Hurkacz lived up to his supposed role as favorite and won after a roller coaster ride with 4-1, 0-4, 4-1.

After that, the final went over three sets, Opelka ultimately gave Kecmanovic 4: 2 no chance. "It's a big step back. The event is great for the fans, but also for those who may not be the biggest tennis fans. Maybe some of them even saw tennis for the first time. The level was good for the circumstances." Opelka said.

All participants were rewarded with prize money, the exact amounts were not communicated. All matches can be seen here in re-live, among other things.

The UTR Pro Match Series will be repeated in two weeks. Then four stars from the WTA tour come to the train: Amanda Anisimova, Danielle Collins, Alison Riske and Ajla Tomljanovic, compete against each other from May 22nd to 24th.
