Great result for the German junior Max Rehberg: The 17-year-old won his first round game at Wimbledon against the reigning French Open winner and leader of the ITF U18 world rankings Luca Van Assche 7: 6 (6), 2: 6 and 6 : 3.
After the opening success, Rehberg faces Patrick Brady or Adam Jurajda in the second round.
