Wimbledon 2022: Novak Djokovic beats brave Tim van Rijthoven
As expected, Novak Djokovic has reached the quarter-finals at Wimbledon 2022. The defending champion found it extremely difficult against Tim van Rijthoven in the meantime.

And now the Dutchman was allowed to play against the defending champion Novak Djokovic after two successful appearances in Wimbledon. Under the closed Center Court roof on Sunday evening.
And at least in the second set, van Rijthoven was able to challenge the big favorite, yes, even annoy him for a moment. In the end, however, Djokovic prevailed 6: 2, 4: 6, 6: 1 and 6: 2 and thus made it into the quarter-finals. There he surprisingly meets Jannik Sinner, who was also able to defeat Carlos Alcaraz in four sets. Djokovic and Sinner have only played against each other once, in 2020 in Monte-Carlo the Serb was able to assert himself in two rounds.
