Wimbledon 2022 is imminent - and with it the most prestigious tennis tournament in the tennis world! We at tennisnet don't lean too far out of the window: Novak Djokovic and Iga Swiatek are the big favorites for us...

Boring you say? Do you have a bolder tip? Then take part in the Happybet competition: As a Happybet tipster, you have a great chance of a trip to the US Open 2022!

Men's betting odds

Novak Djokovic : The Djoker has been the ultimate on grass in recent years - and is the big favorite at Wimbledon. Djokovic has now won six times on the holy lawn, in addition to the well-known defensive qualities, he also added offensively. And, thanks to Goran Ivanisevic: also increased in terms of serve.

Win ratio: 1.9

Matteo Berrettini : The Italian was in the final last year, and he recently showed that he can play on grass again at Stuttgart's Weissenhof, where he won the tournament again, as well as in Queen's. The serve, the forehand, the nasty slice: Berrettini could - despite his injury break in spring - make headlines again!

Win ratio: 6.50

Rafael Nadal : For a long time it was unclear whether Nadal would really play in Wimbledon, but the treatment on the foot is apparently working. And Rafa: Could keep the dream of a real "Grand Slam" alive with a tournament win after winning the Australian Open and French Open in 2022. He has already won twice in London, in 2008 and 2010 - why not in 2022?

Win ratio: 8.5

Carlos Alcaraz : This year's shooting star has already won two Masters tournaments (Miami, Madrid) and is certainly not just a clay court king. Alcaraz can do almost everything, plays variably and also likes to be seen on the net, so he keeps stopping - wonderful prerequisites for a successful game on grass. The only drawback: He has only played two grass games in his career so far and comes to Wimbi without a preliminary tournament on grass.

Win ratio: 12.0

Co- favourites : Are also Hubert Hurkacz ( victory rate 15.0 ), especially after his strong performance in Halle with the final victory over Daniil Medvedev - he had reached the Wimbledon semi-finals last year. And youngster Felix Auger-Aliassime ( victory rate 20.0 ).

Good outsider chances: could have Nick Kyrgios ( win rate 25.0 ) and 2017 finalist Marin Cilic ( win rate 25.0 )!

The women's betting odds

Iga Swiatek : 35 wins in a row - but can Iga also race? Absolutely! In 2018 she won the junior competition at Wimbledon. Most recently, the 20-year-old struggled with shoulder problems and is coming to London without a preparatory tournament. Whether the competition draws some hope?

Win rate: 2.65

Cori Gauff : The American had a dream run in 2019, right up to the round of 16 - at just 15 years old! And most recently reached the final of the French Open. Will the "Coco" mania spill over Wimbledon again this year? Most recently she made it to the semi-finals in Berlin.

Win ratio: 12.0

Simona Halep : The Romanian surprisingly won on the Sacred Turf in 2019, showing an impressive performance in the final against Serena. Recently, "Simo" had problems, also due to an injury - if she hits her, she is definitely one of the top favourites!

Win ratio: 12.0

Ons Jabeur : The Tunisian is one of the most exciting players of the last few months - and with her flexible game she is certainly a danger on grass, which is predestined for slice and stop! Last year Ons won against Venus Williams, Garbine Mugurua and Iga Swiatek on the way to the quarter-finals, this year she just won in Berlin.

Win ratio: 12.0

Serena Williams : The big question mark! For a long time it was thought that Serena would also do without Wimbledon 2022 - she played her last match on Center Court exactly a year ago. Now the comeback, without match practice. Is that enough for the 24th Grand Slam title?

Win ratio: 17.0

Outsider chances:Bianca Andreescu (win rate 20.0) and Berlin finalist Belinda Bencic (win rate 25.0) can also be expected. And with 2018 winner Angelique Kerber anyway ( victory rate 33.0 )!
