Djokovic started brilliantly and won the first five games. After that, the concentration of the world number one decreased somewhat, but in the end the Serb won the first set confidently with 6: 3.

A similar picture emerged in run number two. Djokovic quickly gained a two-break lead, then gave up his serve again, only to then bag the set relatively easily with 6: 2.

In the third set, the world number one ensured clear conditions early on and after just over 90 minutes of play fixed the 6: 3, 6: 2 and 6: 2 success, which was never at risk. The third round is for Djokovic against Hubert Hurkacz, who eliminated Leonardo Mayer in four sets.
