Andrea Petkovic clearly missed the quarter-finals in Moscow
After a bad start, Andrea Petkovic clearly missed the quarter-finals at the WTA tournament in Moscow.

The 34-year-old from Darmstadt lost her round of 16 against number nine seeded Anett Kontaveit 1: 6, 4: 6 on Thursday. After only 17 minutes Petkovic was down 5-0, only then did she offer the Estonian more resistance.
In Moscow, Petkovic, who had benefited in the first round from the abandonment of the former French Open winner Jelena Ostapenko (Latvia), was the only German starter.
