ATP HalleWestfalen: Tim Pütz fails again in the doubles final
Like last week in Stuttgart, Tim Pütz and Michael Venus just missed out on winning the tournament in HalleWestfalen.

In the final of the ATP Tour 500 tournament, Pütz and Venus had to admit defeat to Marcel Granollers and Horacio Zeballos, who were in first place, by a narrow margin of 4: 6, 7: 6 (5) and 12:14. In Stuttgart, Pütz/Venus lost out against Mate Pavic and Hubert Hurkacz.
In the Race to Milan, the German Davis Cup player and his New Zealand partner will make up one place and will be in ninth place from Monday. If they had been successful in Halle, Pütz and Venus would have been seventh in the annual standings.
