ATP Hamburg: Carlos Alcaraz storms into the semifinals
The top seeded Carlos Alcaraz marched to the semi-finals at the tennis tournament in Rothenbaum in Hamburg.

The 19-year-old Spaniard easily defeated the Russian Karen Khachanov (No. 7) in just 69 minutes 6-0, 6-2. Alcaraz has thus won all of his twelve matches this season at ATP 500 tournaments, to which Hamburg belongs.
Alcaraz needed just 26 minutes to win the first set, in the second he pushed the pace after being 2-1 down. In the fight for the finals, the sixth in the world rankings will face Alex Molcan (Slovakia) or Borna Coric (Croatia).
Teenager Alcaraz is contesting an ATP tournament in Germany for the first time in Hamburg. Most recently, the youngster had triumphed at the Masters tournaments in Miami and Madrid.
