Successful start for Alexander Zverev at the ATP Masters 1000 tournament in Indian Wells: The German seeded third won against Jenson Brooksby 6: 4, 3: 6 and 6: 1. Zverev is now a bit surprising in the third round against Andy Murray, who was able to prevail against Carlos Alcaraz with 5: 7, 6: 3 and 6: 2.

Zverev and Murray have only played against each other twice, both games went to the Scots. At the first meeting in 2016 at the Australian Open, Zverev had no chance, the last encounter in Cincinnati / New York last summer was just in favor of Murray.
