ATP Santiago de Chile: Hanfmann eliminated in quarterfinals
Yannick Hanfmann (ATP No. 115) was eliminated in the quarterfinals of the ATP 250 tournament in Santiago de Chile.

The man from Karlsruhe lost in the round of eight to the Spaniard Pedro Martinez 2:6, 2:6.
During the course of the tournament, Hanfmann had previously taken the clay court experts Federico Coria and Thiago Seyboth Wild out of the tournament.
In the semifinals, Martinez meets wildcard starter Alejando Tabilo, who surprisingly defeated top seed Cristian Garin 6:3, 6:3.
In addition, Sebastian Baez and Albert Ramos-Vinolas play against each other.
