The Thiem comeback is long awaited: Thiem has not played tournament tennis since June 22, 2021, since the match against Adrian Mannarino at the Mallorca Open when he injured his wrist.

After more than 220 days, the Lichtenwörther will now celebrate his return, which he actually wanted to do in Australia . But Thiem was slowed down again and now wants to go full throttle again on sand.

The competition is tough: Diego Schwartzman, Cristian Garin, Lorenzo Sonego and Fabio Fognini are also there in Cordoba.

ServusTV at Thiem comeback

ServusTV Austria will be broadcasting the Cordoba Open on TV and in the live stream at servustv.com/sport and in all apps from Monday, January 31st. If you miss the match, you can also access it in the Servus media library.
