DTB German Ladies´ Series presented by Porsche: Laura Siegemund with third victory in the main round
At the German Ladies´ Series, favorite Laura Siegemund confidently took her third victory in the main round. Mona Barthel , on the other hand, has stumbled .

Siegemund defeated Mina Hodzic 7: 6 (5) and 6: 2 in Darmstadt and did not give a single set in their three matches in the main round. In the placement game for the victory in the main round, Siegemund meets Jule Niemeyer on Friday, against whom she had already won 6: 4 and 6: 4 on Wednesday.
In Kamen, the match between Katharina Gerlach and Mona Barthel, postponed due to rain, was made up for on Thursday, which Gerlach surprisingly won with 4: 6, 6: 3 and 6: 0. Barthel desperately needed a win in the evening against Nastasja Schunk, who was still undefeated in the main round - but this game may also have to take place a day later than planned due to the weather.
Finally in Hanover Tamara Korpatsch won her third success in the main round with 4: 6, 6: 3 and 6: 1 against Julia Middendorf. The second place is decided between Middendorf and Ana Zaja, who should run against Lisa Matviyenko on Thursday.
