ANY PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY FOR PARTICIPATION IN THIS COMPETITION or THE WINNING OF THIS COMPETITION.

  1. These conditions of participation ("the rules") apply to the "call for applications for reporting" ("the competition"). The competition will be placed on the campaign platform https://www.tennisnet.com/ and hosted by tennisnet.com.
  2. By participating, you accept both our rules and our privacy policy and agree to their compliance.
  3. The competition is in no way funded, promoted or organized by Facebook and Instagram. All transmitted information is made available to us and not Facebook and Instagram. You hereby release Facebook and Instagram as far as possible and legally permissible from any liability in connection with the competition.
  4. Anyone resident in Germany, Austria and Switzerland from the age of 18 with the exception of our employees (and their families) and our group companies, representatives and vicarious agents as well as any other person involved in the implementation of this competition is eligible to participate.
  5. Participation: To participate in the competition, participants must register using the online form provided, provide correct and complete information and accept these conditions of participation.
  6. Even if the above instructions are followed, we cannot guarantee successful participation due to reasons for which we are not responsible.
  7. We and our partner FILA reject all liability as far as possible and legally permissible. You agree to release us from all liability and claims, lawsuits, claims for damages, losses and costs in this connection.
  8. The transmission of any invalid, incorrect or misleading personal information may lead to exclusion from the competition and / or receipt of the prize.
  9. Incomplete, late or otherwise incorrect submissions will not be accepted. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether a submission is valid and any person who we reasonably believe to be tampering with the data entry process, acting in a disruptive manner, or violating the rules exclude participation.
  10. The competition runs from February 8, 2020, 5:30 p.m. Central European Time to March 1, 2020, midnight European Central Time.
  11. After checking the documents and in consultation with tennisnet.com and FILA, the following prizes will be awarded among the participants of the competition: A trip for two to the ATP Masters 1000 tournament in Indian Wells with a meet and greet with Tommy Haas. Travel dates: 19.03. until March 22nd, 2020. The raffle includes 3 nights, 2 days of tennis tickets, for two people.
  12. The winner will be notified by email by March 2, 2020. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 72 hours of the notification of the prize, their claim to the prize will lapse and another participant will receive the prize.
  13. We reserve the right to select an alternate winner if we reasonably believe the winner has violated the rules.
  14. By participating, you agree that the personal data you have provided may be collected, processed and used by the organizer to carry out the competition.
  15. In order to receive the prize, the winner may have to provide personal information (first and last name, address, email address, etc.) and prove his identity by sending copies of the relevant documents (e.g. passport or driver's license ).
  16. The right to the price cannot be transferred to anyone. There are no cash payouts as a replacement or alternative pricing. However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to exchange the prize for a prize of equal value.
  17. The winner has to bear all taxes or duties that are due due to the price.
  18. We and our partners disclaim all liability as much as possible and legally permissible for any damage suffered by anyone as a result of or in connection with the competition.
  19. We reserve the right to amend the rules and to modify, suspend or terminate the competition in the event of infection by a computer virus or other technical impairment.
