Elina Svitolina and Gael Monfils got married!
The tennis dream couple, Elina Svitolina and Gael Monfils , have been officially married since Friday.

Gael Monfils already anticipated it on Instagram on the eve of the wedding when the Frenchman shared a picture with his Ukrainian fiancée with the caption: "Last day as my fiancée". Svitolina also informed her followers, albeit a little cryptically, that the wedding should take place the following day. "Last day as Miss Svitolina" was to be read under the post of the world number six.
The marriage took place at the Four Seasons Hotel in Geneva, as the Ukrainian post shows. With Sabine Lisicki and Caroline Wozniacki, several well-known players immediately announced their congratulations to the wedding couple. Monfils and Svitolina have been a couple for two and a half years, but temporarily separated a few months ago, in February 2021. A pause, but it shouldn't last long.
Yes word in front of a small group
Fourteen weeks ago, a few days after the public reunification, the tennis dream couple announced the engagement on their shared Instagram channel gemslife. At that time, however, the date of the wedding was still scheduled for July 15, and with a short delay, the two now signed the covenant on Friday.
As the theme of the wedding, the two apparently appeared as Superwoman and Black Panther, as two characters of the two suggest.
