Peter Gojowczyk put in a show of strength in three very different sentences. After the German had to give up his opening set with 6: 1 to a certain extent, "Gojo" set a strong exclamation mark in round two with 6: 0. The man from Dachau was able to take the momentum with him in round three, in which Peter Gojowczyk should finally be enough to break a break.

Oskar Otte is also in the second qualifying round. The Cologne was not naked against the Indian Prajnesh Gunneswaran - and a total of only four games. With 6: 2 and 6: 2, Otte played a duel with Danilo Petrovic. Dabniel Masur and Matthias Bachinger, however, failed.

In the women's category, Antonia Lottner made it to the next round. The German defeated Anna Kalinskaja in three sets and now meets Lara Arruabarrena.
