German championships: Noha Akugue, Schunk, Ejupovic and Hassan play for the title
The final matches of the 49th German Championships have been decided. At the base of the Württemberg Tennis Association in Biberach, the ladies Noma Noha Akugue and Nastasja Schunk bought the ticket for the final. In the women's first semi-final, the 17-year-old Noma Noha Akugue (12 / Der Club an der Alster) surprisingly beat Alexandra Vecic (9 / TC Tübingen), who was one year older and slightly favored, 6: 1, 6: 4 . In the final, Noha Akugue, who belongs to the Porsche Junior Team of the German Tennis Association, will meet Nastasja Schunk. Defending champion Masur eliminated
In the men's field, defending champion Daniel Masur (3 / Tennispark Versmold) surprisingly had to admit defeat to Elmar Ejupovic (5 / TC Bad Homburg) 6: 7 (6: 8), 3: 6 in the semifinals.
