In Neuss and Großhesselohe, the German tennis men are playing the fourth day of their preliminary round matches of the DTB German Pro Series today, in Überlingen and Troisdorf the second matches will start. The driving force behind the event is Jan-Lennard Struff , currently 34th in the ATP world ranking. Only Alexander Zverev , Philipp Kohlschreiber and Dominik Koepfer are missing from the German elite, who had to cancel at short notice due to injury. Struff is at the start in Neuss from day one, at TC Großhesselohe three top people will serve with Yannick Hanfmann , Peter Gojowczyk and Matthias Bachinger, plus Kevin Krawietz , the reigning double champion of the French Open. A total of 32 men are at the start, the game is played in eight groups of four.
The players in Großhesselohe and Neuss have already completed their group games and are now playing their placement games across groups.
