Kiki Bertens under the hood
The off-season is always the time of weddings. After Roberto Bautista Agut now also Kiki Bertens dared.

Kiki Bertens looks back on a successful year in 2019. The Dutchman won the titles in St. Petersburg and Madrid and was able to establish herself in the top ten of the WTA World Ranking. But not only sporty things went well for the 27-year-old.
On 30.11.2019 Bertens gave her longtime friend Remko de Rijke the yes-word. The Dutchman had petitioned Bertens in Bali last November, and almost exactly twelve months later, they are now married.
"30-11-2019 What a day," wrote Bertens on Instagram. In addition, the Dutchwoman posted some photos of the wedding, in which, among other things, the German Julia Görges was present.
Interesting detail on the side: Remko de Rijke is not only the husband, but also the physiotherapist of Bertens. Whether the world ranking ninth will now run to the top form after the wedding in the coming season, of course, remains to be seen.
