There is a lot of arguing about GOAT in tennis, but who dominated the sport in the past ten years? Business Insiders colleagues have ventured on a similar ranking - including 41 athletes, including four tennis greats. /

Behind number 1, basketball player LeBron James, Serena Williams is number two, "the greatest player in the history of the game," praises the US-American. 23 Grand Slam tournament victories, including the last at the Australian Open 2017, when Williams was already pregnant with Daughter Olympia. She was four times in major finals after her return but without a happy ending. Williams has won 12 of her 23 Grand Slam tournament victories since 2010.

Federer in front of Nadal and Djokovic?

In fourth place follows Roger Federer (behind NFL quarterback Tom Brady). "Many athletes dominate with force, Federer dominates with grace." Everything works so effortlessly for the Swiss, even though his age has already reached the point where the tennis player would fight for titles. Five major titles are on Federer's list this decade (his total of 20).

Recorded 10th is Rafael Nadal , who dominated the French Open thanks to his eight titles in ten attempts. In that decade, there were 13 major titles (out of a total of 19).

And finally, 15th place went to Novak Djokovic , whose decade was "a series of peaks and valleys, with the peaks ranking among the highest ever in tennis" and won the 8 of the last 20 Grand Slam titles. Djokovic has won 15 of his 16 major titles since 2010.

Somewhat surprising: Should Djokovic not be at number 1 among the tennis players in terms of his achievements, considering only the 2010s? One has rated subjectively, it says in the introduction, and also included the influence and the upper hand over the sport.
