St. Petersburg: Jürgen Melzer wins double title
Jürgen Melzer won the doubles competition at the ATP 500 tournament in St. Petersburg.

Together with partner Edouard Roger-Vasselin, Melzer won against the duo Marcelo Demoliner / Matwe Middelkoop 6: 2, 7: 6 (4).
For Melzer it was the 17th success in doubles on the ATP tour, the last time he won a year ago in Hamburg, then with compatriot Oliver Marach.
It is the first victory with Edouard-Vasselin, the Frenchman is the ninth different partner for Melzer with whom the title was won. In the current Race to London, the two made up six places and are now in 7th place.
In the coming week, the two will be at the start of the second Cologne tournament.
