US Open: First entry list with Roger Federer and Dominic Thiem

If there was only one cancellation, Andy Murray, who won the US Open in 2012, would move up. Only one player used his protected ranking for a secure starting place: Philipp Kohlschreiber is number 96 on the entry list.
