Wimbledon: Elena Rybakina beats Halep and makes the premiere final perfect
Elena Rybakina (WTA No. 23) has reached the final of a Grand Slam tournament for the first time. She beat Simona Halep 6-3, 6-3.

Rybakina didn't burn much, she played the match against the 2019 Wimbledon winner aggressively from the start - with success: The 23-year-old from Kazakhstan is in the Wimbledon final, the quarter-finals at the French Open 2021 was her best result to date Major.
Rybakina had made it into the top 20 with great results in 2019 and early 2020. In Wimbledon she is playing big again - even if Halep was the first opponent from the top 20 in the world.
In the final, Rybakina now meets Ons Jabeur , who won in three sets against Tatjana Maria at noon.
