The only Austrian representative in the men's qualification at Wimbledon is in the second round: Sebastian Ofner, who only failed in the third round of the main competition in 2017, clearly defeated Cedrik-Marcel Stebe from Germany, who was in 20th position, 6-2 and 6: 3. The 25-year-old is now facing Andrey Kuznetsov.

The two Austrian women in the qualification will only intervene in the tournament on Wednesday: Barbara Haas plays against Timea Babos, Julia Grabher meets Katarina Zavatska.
