Full commitment that paid off: Angelique Kerber is in the final of the home tournament in Bad Homburg. The German number one defeated the top seeded Czech Petra Kvitova after 2:04 hours of play with 3: 6, 6: 4 and 7: 6 (3). In the final, Kerber will face another Czech woman. Katerina Siniakova previously defeated the seventh-ranked Spaniard Sara Sorribes Toro 6: 2, 6: 4.
